Welcome to Handyman Maintenance Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking our handyman services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of $99.00 is required to schedule a service appointment.

  • Purpose of the Booking Fee: This fee secures your appointment time, covers administrative preparation, and compensates for reserving our time and resources.

  • The booking fee is applied toward your total job cost.
    Example: If your quoted job is $300, the $99 is paid upfront and the remaining $201 is due upon job completion.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund of the booking fee.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the $99 booking fee.

  • To cancel, email us at info@fixwithhms.com with the subject "Cancellation Request."
    Cancellations are processed upon receipt of your request.

3. Payment Terms

  • A full quote will be provided prior to service.

  • The $99 booking fee is applied to your total.

  • The remaining balance is due immediately upon job completion, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed using the method selected at the time of booking (e.g., credit/debit card, invoice, or other approved method).

4. Scope of Services

  • Services will be performed as outlined in your quote.

  • Any additional requests or changes may require a revised estimate or rescheduling.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or illness.
    In such cases, your booking fee will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment, per your preference.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area.

  • Please disclose any known hazards or access issues in advance to avoid delays or rescheduling.

6. Compliance with Texas Law

  • These Terms are made in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

  • The $99 booking fee reflects reasonable compensation for time and resources reserved for your appointment.

  • You will receive a copy of these Terms and your job quote at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost income or time).

  • All services are provided "as is," with a commitment to quality workmanship and professional care.
